This role is telephone based, where you are responsible for providing excellent customer service for a range of products and services in a professional manner, to a number of European countries, including UK. This is quite a technical customer care line; therefore you will be required to have a basic knowledge/interest in this area of work.
 
You will be required to be able to speak English and a Nordic Language which can be Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Flemish or Swedish, have good communications skills, and have an ability to work within a team.
